Fans have long speculated that the company would eventually revisit and remaster the beloved third installment in the series. The Arguments Against a Remaster

It is possible that the company does not have the resources to invest in a Fallout 3 remaster at this time.
Additionally, some fans argue that Fallout 3 is not as well-suited for a remaster as Skyrim. Unlike Skyrim, Fallout 3 features a more linear narrative and a more limited open world. As a result, a remaster might not offer as much value to players who have already experienced the original game.
